How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please contact us at hello@myvirella.com within 15 days of receiving your item. Your item must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible. How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

Processing time for custom products typically take 3–5 business days before shipment. Delivery times vary depending on your country:

United States & Canada: 7–20 business days

Europe: 7–20 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 business days

Other international locations: 7–25 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs clearance or other shipping delays outside our control.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Because some of our products involve customization and engraving, we can only accept modifications or cancellations if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may already be in production or processing, and we cannot make changes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. However, please note that a few countries may not be listed or available at checkout due to shipping restrictions.
